Meet Aletta
Hello! As the owner & operator of Lake Minnetonka Bakehouse LLC. I'd like to share a little bit about me & my bakehouse. I started Lake Minnetonka Bakehouse in May of 2021 from the nudge my best friends gave me, they saw what I had to offer the community. I have been making my own recipes since I was 3 & always loved baking for my friends, family & community. I became a cottage food producer by taking a class thru the U of M & registering with the MN department of Agriculture. I bake everything from scratch at my home & take the extra steps to use only the best ingredients, using locally sources produce whenever possible. I will be at the Wayzata Farmers market this 2022 season & looking forward to making new connections in the community. I love what I do & can't wait to bake for you!
